Hardware Loop

About Us

Hardware Loop is a small site about one thing: getting the air in your PC case to go where it should.

Every guide starts with a real case or a real heat problem. We read the maker’s manual, check what owners report, and lay out a fan setup you can copy.

How we test layouts

Fan layouts are checked in the PC Airflow Simulator on Computer Info Bits, a sister site. It runs real airflow physics in your browser, so you can try a layout before you unscrew a single fan.

Who runs it

Hardware Loop is run by Marlo Strydom, who also builds Computer Info Bits. Spotted a mistake or want a case covered? Get in touch through the Computer Info Bits contact page.
